I own all the rights to my artwork.

Commissions are for personal use only.

I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.

Send references for characters, poses, and so forth.

Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.

You receive 2 free revisions (sketch stage only). Additional revisions cost $15 each. They shall be paid before further continuation. Please provide any and all feedback at the sketch stage.

Commissions may take up to one month, depending on complexity, queue, health, school, or personal matters.

I will keep you updated if delays occur.

Prices are generally not negotiable.

All payments are upfront in full through PayPal.

I can cancel and refund a commission at any time.

You may cancel before payment is made.

Once payment is received, refunds are not available.

Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.

I may use the artwork to:

Promote myself and my services.

Post on social media and in my portfolio.

You may:

Use the artwork for personal purposes only.

Print the art for yourself.

Post it on Social Media with credit to me "@chocoyanstickz".

You may not:

Use the artwork commercially.

Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.

Remove signatures/watermarks.

Resell or redistribute the artwork.

Modify the artwork without my consent.

Use the artwork in Al.

Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.
